Questions, answered
Do I need a developer to install it?
No. You paste two lines of HTML wherever your website builder lets you add an “embed” or “custom HTML” block. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify and plain HTML sites all work. You can also share a direct link to your calculator — great for Instagram bios and QR codes on your van.
My pricing is complicated. Can it cope?
The formula engine supports quantities, tiers, toggles, minimum charges, rounding and conditional fees. If you can describe your pricing in a sentence, you can write it as a Reckoner formula — and the live preview proves it's right before you publish.
What if I change my prices later?
Edit the formula and save. Every embed everywhere updates instantly — you never touch your website again.
Does it work outside the US?
Yes — choose from 50 currencies and prices format the way your customers expect (₹1,50,000, 1.500 €, AED 1,500 and so on). The calculator text is fully yours, so any language works too.
Do I have to show an exact price?
No — display a range (say ±10%) labelled as an estimate, with your own disclaimer. You stay in control of the final quote; Reckoner captures the lead while they're hot.
Will it slow my website down?
